Setup
You will require: 4 balls / 16 cones, Split into two lines facing each other each starting from a cone, for each group add a cone slightly forward and to the right, add two more cones in the center to form a gate
How it works
To receive move forward from the starting cone and play one touch, side step around the side cone and back to the line, each pass should go through the center gate, play is continuous
