How a club gets set up

You can do all of this yourself, in a few minutes, without speaking to anyone.

1. Create your account. Your own coach account, with your email address. Every club is set up by a person.
2. Create your club workspace. Open the Club page and give it your club's real name — this is the club your coaches will join.
3. Choose your band and invite your coaches. Billing sits under Account, and your club page links straight to it. Invite coaches by email from the Club page.

Using Coach Baily without a subscription

You can use Coach Baily without a subscription. An account without one can generate up to 5 session plans each month. The count resets on the 1st of each month, and session plans you have already saved stay available whatever your allowance.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any new limit, or any charge, applies to your account. This is set out in section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.

Payment and your data

Payments are handled by Stripe on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card number. Nothing about your sessions, and nothing about players, is ever sent to Stripe — see our Privacy Policy.
