Setup
You will require: 6 balls / 6 tall cones / 1 goal / 1 mannequin, Create an area approximately 12x10 yards, Have a goal with a goalkeeper/mannequin on one side and an endline with large cones on the opposite, Player A is defender and starts with a ball, Player B starts on the endline while defender starts halfway up one of the sides
How it works
The defender passes to the attacker on the endline, the attacker attempts to dribble towards goal and score, the defender must cover the space before attempting to win the ball, if the defender wins then they must dribble past the endline
