Setup
You will require: 5 balls / 20 cones / 4 mini goals, Create an area approximately 15x15 yards, Player 1 and Player 2 start, Player 2 starts with a ball, add 2 mini corner goals in each end where the players are
How it works
The 1v1 begins with a pass across from the defender to the attacker, the attacker then attempts to score in one of the opposite corner goals, the defender tries to win the ball back and score in the goals of the attacking corner, keep play constant and rotate roles every 3 minutes
