Setup

You will require: 5 balls / 2 mini goals / 15 cones, Create a 14x14 yard area, Players start on opposite sides of the area, On the sides where the defenders are have mini goals in each corner, The defenders start with the ball

How it works

The defender passes to the player and then the 1v1 begins, you can score in either of the mini goals on the opposing side of the area, encourage players to explode to the ball and use skill to create space
