Setup
You will require: 5 balls / 1 goal / 2 cones / 1 mannequin, Set the mannequin on the edge of the penalty area, The keeper starts in goal just off his line, player A starts on the cone furthest to goal with 5 balls, player B sets on a cone to the side of the mannequin just outside the area
How it works
Player A players a pass to Player B who then returns the ball behind the mannequin, it is then a 1v1 between the keeper and player A, player B moves to the starter cone after the pass and player A moves to the cone outside the area after the shot, then they go again for 3 minutes before swapping keeper

Progressions
progression: The second player can be the rebound or second option for the shot so that it becomes more of a reaction drill regression: Shooter must finish 1st time so the goalkeeper can focus more on the shot itself
