Setup
You will require: 1 ball per 2 / 28 cones, Create an area approximately 12x12 yards, Split players into two groups diagonally on either side of the area,
How it works
Defender passes to the attacker opposite to start, the attacker must try to dribble through either of the two gates in the defenders corner, the defender tries to win possession and score by dribbling through the gates on the attackers end, swap roles every 4 minutes
