Setup

You will require: 1 ball / 2 sets of bibs / 1 goal / 14 cones, Create a 40x40 playing area, 1 goal with 4 defenders, split area width ways to create two channels, split attackers to each channel

How it works

3 Attackers try to break down the defensive line, they must try to play behind the lines of 1 of the two channels, 1 defender from the opposite channel is allowed to come across while another player pressures the ball, this is designed to prevent overloads for the attacking team while still protecting areas of high risk
