4 v 4 Games with channels

Setup

You will require: 3 balls / 4 sets of bibs / 2 mini goals / 40 cones, 20 x 25 game area, 1 goal at either end but no goalkeepers, Bibs for each team

How it works

A 4 v 4 game where each team has 1 player in each channel and two in the center, A small penalty area in front of each goal where players must dribble to before they score, Players still in their own channel to engage 1 v 1 or 2 v 2, Players can still pass to teammates in other areas, If multiple teams use extra pitch or rotate every 2-3 minutes
