Setup

You will require: 1 ball each / 1 bib / 32 cones, Create 4-6 4x4 meter Squares, 1 defender in a crab position per square, Attackers start on one end of the area 1 ball each

How it works

Attackers dribble from one end of the area to the other without being tackled by the defender(crab), Defenders try to kick the ball out of the area but must stay in their crab position, The object is to see how many times players can dribble back and forth without losing the ball
