Setup
You will require: 1 ball / 24 cones, Create an area approx 8x8 yards, the player has a ball, add multiple gates that the player will be able to dribble through
How it works
All of the players start with a ball and dribble through gates in order to score a goal, They have 30 seconds to get as many goals as they can, When the Coach calls out a body part such as 'Elbow players have to stop the ball by using that body part, Check what score players get each 1 minute round

Progressions
progression: Coach points to the body part instead of calls to test scanning skills regression: Increase time for each round and choose easy to use body parts like the side of the foot
