Dribble And Shoot

Setup

You will require: 1 ball each / 4 mini goals / 16 cones, Set up at least 4 mini goals with a line of cones in front of them, divide players equally for each mini goal, each player has a ball

How it works

Players have to dribble through the cones at the instruction of the coach, once they get past the cones they have to try and finish as quick as possible, next player starts when shot is made

Coaching points

• Head over ball
• Strike through ball
• Use the laces
• Close control
• Ball out of feet

progression: Zig zag the cones to increase dribbling difficulty regression: Remove middle cones so players dribble straight then shoot
