Explosive 1v1 Then To Goal

Setup

You will require: 1 ball per 2 / 4 cones / 2 poles, Set up on edge of penalty area, Split into two groups behind cones 7 meters apart, Add a pole or cone outside the area and another inside the area

How it works

Defender passes the ball to the attacker opposite, defender sprints around the pole in the box, attacker dribbles round the ball outside the box, then engage in 1v1 to goal
