Setup

You will require: 2 goals / 2 cones / 1 ball, position the two goals 20 yards or 18 meters apart adjusting for age, position a single cone 5 yards in front of goal

How it works

The keepers will be in each goal and take turns shooting against the other goalkeeper, they can only shoot in the area between their goal line and the set cone in front, score system is as follows: 1 point per goal/1 point per save/3 points per catch, rounds will be 7 shots each
