Setup

You will require: 12 cones / 12 balls / 2 mini goals, Set up a 2x2 meter box in the middle, have a gate 5 meters to one side, 1 mini goal 5 meters to the other side

How it works

All balls start with the Passer, the passer feeds the ball into the box where the attacker must take it on the half turn, the attacker then finishers with the second touch, they then quickly return to the box to receive the next pass, the attacker should control with one foot and strike with the other
