Setup

You will require: 1 ball / 2 sets of bibs, Create at least one 5 a side pitch, split into two teams per pitch with bibs, no goals needed

How it works

Play starts on the side, passing is a sequence of throw volley catch, opposition team can only intercept, all throws must use the throw on technique, emphasis on the movement of players when looking for a throw
