Penalty Area Rondo

Setup

You will require: 3 balls / 2 sets of bibs / 1 goal / 12 cones, Use a penalty area or create a zone the size of a penalty area, Create a smaller zone in the penalty area opposite the goal, 4v2 in the area with 4 players on the outside of the penalty area

How it works

Start as a 4v2 in the area, the 4 players complete X number of passes to score points, if the defenders win the ball they can play to their teammates on the outside to start a 6v4 to goal.
