Protect Your Fortress

Setup

You will require: 1 ball per 4 / 24 cones / 1 bib per 4, Players work in groups of 4, Set up 3x3 yd boxes per group at least 4 meters apart, Each group needs a ball

How it works

One player is the Defender of his castle, The Defender is inside the Box/Castle, Attackers must pass through the Box, Defender protects Box by Intercepting the ball, switch defending each minute

progression: If the Defender wins the ball they must dribble through a small gate nearby to score a point, Regression: Make the Box smaller
