Quick Decision Through The Lines

Setup

You will require: 3 balls / 2 sets of bibs / 20 cones, Create a 10x5 meter area or adjust based on group, 2 meters in from each side create a 1x5 meter defensive area, position 1 defender in each defensive area, 1 attacker in each end area, 2 attackers in the middle area

How it works

Start from from side, simple possession game where you try to transition the ball end to end, defender cannot leave their zone, rotate defenders every 3 minutes
