Setup
You will require: 1 ball / 6 cones, line the cones up approx 2 meters apart, number the cones 1-6 across the line, Coach/player starts on cone 1 while the player starts on cone 6, Coach/Player B has the ball
How it works
Player A moves towards the ball up to cone 2, Coach/Player B plays the ball BEFORE player A reaches the cone, then 2 touch passes where Player B moves backwards while passing at each cone while Coach/Player A plays two touch on the front foot at each cone, Once Player A returns to cone 6 go the other way to reverse who plays on front foot vs back foot,
