Static Triangle Passes Pairs

Setup

You will require: 6 balls / 25 cones, Set up 5 1x1 meter boxes in an X shaped pattern, make sure there is a little bit of distance between the boxes, Have a static player in each box and at least 2 players outside of the boxes with a ball each

How it works

Players outside the boxes pass to any player inside a box, the rule is the ball must be played out of a different side of the box from where it entered, this encourages returning the ball at an angle to better create space, rotate players in the boxes every 2-3 minutes
